Terms and Conditions:

1. The Activity will run for a month and will start from X^th August until X^th September 2025 with gifts accessible to participants in the United Arab Emirates This promotion is subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
2. To participate, Participants must:
   A) Purchase a promotional pack of Grand Mills Patent Flour – during the promotional period.
3. B) Create their favorite recipe using Patent Flour All Purpose
   C) Share the recipes on Instagram or Facebook tagging @grandmillsuae and using the hashtag #grandrecipes for a chance to win baking gifts.
   D) Ensure their Instagram & Facebook account is public at the time of submission.
4. A total of x number of winners will be announced on Grand Mills UAE social media pages (Instagram and Facebook) within 3 weeks from the X September 2025. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity or other verification as may be required under applicable UAE regulations.
5. The gifts are not subject to refund, division, transfer, or exchange for any other item or cash.
6. The gifts are provided “as they are” and “as available” without warranty of any kind either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, the Organisers disclaim all warranties, conditions and liabilities relating to the prizes.
7. The Organisers’ decisions in relation to any aspect of the Activity are final and binding on every person who enters and/or partakes in the Activity.

9. Grand Mills UAE reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion and without notice, and it is the Participants responsibility to review the Terms for any changes. Any such changes will comply with applicable UAE consumer protection and commercial practice laws.
10. Continued participation following any amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be deemed acceptance of such changes.

13. Participants understand that any submission does not create an affiliation between the Participants and the Organisers.
14. The Organisers and their related companies and entities are respectively the exclusive owners of all copy, text, software, graphics, logos, pictures, designs and all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property or proprietary rights and all associated rights relating to the Activity.
15. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Organiser who may publish any of the entries received. By submitting content, participants grant the Organisers an irrevocable license to use, reproduce and share such content in any media within the UAE and globally, to the extent permitted by UAE law.
16. The Terms and Conditions, together with any other notices published by the Organisers regarding the Activity, shall constitute the entire Terms and Conditions governing the relationship between Participants and the Organisers concerning the participation in the Activity.
17. By participating, you acknowledge that you reviewed and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
18. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, and Instagram. Participants release Facebook and Instagram of all liability in relation to this promotion, to the extent permitted under applicable UAE law.
19. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, image, and content for promotional purposes by the Organiser, without compensation. All intellectual property related to the Promotion remains the exclusive property of the Organiser.
20. The Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the prize, including technical issues or events beyond its control. Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the awarded prize.
21. Participants agree to indemnify the Organiser against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their participation or breach of these Terms.
22. Participant data will be used solely for administering the Promotion, in line with UAE data protection laws. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications unless they opt out.
23. These Terms are governed by UAE law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the Abu Dhabi courts. The Organiser reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms at its discretion.
