Khalaf Abdulla Rahma Al Hammadi is the Director General of the Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund where he is responsible for identification of strategic management plans for the Fund, leading the overall management to identify potential opportunities and driving initiatives for the efficient utilization of resources.

Khalaf has over 25 years of executive management experience in government and semi-government sectors in addition to the oil sector. Prior tohis current position, Khalaf held the position of Chief Information Technology Officer at Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund and has actively participated in many executive profile committees at the government level.

Khalaf is also a member of several other committees; most notably the social committee of Abu Dhabi’s General Secretariat of the Executive Council. He also serves on the board of Al Hilal Bank, Daman, Social care & minors Affairs foundation and ADS Securities.

Khalaf holds a Bachelor’s degree Business Information Technology.
