Salmeen Alameri is the Chief Executive Officer of Silal, an ADQ company established to diversify sources of food products and to stimulate the manufactured and agri-food sectors.

With more than 20 years of experience in technology, agriculture, food industry, and the supply chain, internationally and locally, Salmeen Alameri focuses on driving businesses to create positive impact within communities.

A strategic growth driver and a customer-centric executive, Salmeen has extensive experience in strategic market planning, negotiation, stakeholder relations, operational optimization, business creation and development, and commercial growth.

He previously served in key positions across various prominent companies, including Al Dahra, where he led numerous high-tech agricultural projects in Abu Dhabi and internationally. He also serves on the board of directors of Agthia, DSV specialized in global transport and logistics, and Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company.

Salmeen holds a master’s degree in communications, marketing and media Management from the Paris Sorbonne University in Abu Dhabi and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Eastern Washington University.
