Abdulla Al Marzooqi is a seasoned professional with 22 years of experience in diverse human resources with strong supervisory and leadership skills. As a pillar to Agthia Group, Abdulla brings significant perspective in communication, human resource development, and strategic planning, which transforms businesses and guides them towards success and establishing efficient workflows.

Worked for various sectors in Abu Dhabi; Abdullah initially started his career at Etisalat as a graduate trainee and left the telecommunication sector after a successful journey of 12 years in the capacity of VP HR – Admin. In April 2012, Abdulla accepted the new challenge of heading HR at Taweela Power Complex. He successfully turned around the business with a clear focus on Emiratization and preparing Emirati locals to take over critical technical jobs.

Abdullah Al Marzooqi joined Agthia Group in 2015 as the HR Director of Agri-business. Having been instrumental in all newly acquired businesses, today he is the Chief People Officer of the Group.

Abdullah holds a bachelor’s degree in business, majoring in Human Resources, besides being a certified executive coach.
