With over 25 years of diverse industry experience, Ahmad Sallakh has held numerous critical positions in the public and private sectors in Jordan and internationally. Sallakh is the current president of Agthia Group’s Protein Business Unit.

Prior to this, Sallakh served as the CEO of KADDB Investment Group (KIG), where he was responsible for the strategy, operations, financial, marketing, and business development activities of all ten subsidiaries of KIG. Sallakh also served as CEO of The Middle East Specialized Cables Company (MESC), CEO of MESC-Fujikura Cable Company, and General Manager of Strategy and Corporate Affairs for MESC-KSA between 2004 and 2011. Prior to that, Sallakh served as the Deputy General Manager of Fine Hygienic Paper Company, among other positions.

Sallakh began his career as a novice engineer for the Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) in Yemen and the UAE after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Jordan. Sallakh has taken a number of advanced courses in management, leadership, strategy, and finance, both domestically and internationally, with the most recent being a 10-week online certificate course in MBA Essentials at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
