Dr. Rabih Kamleh joined Agthia Group in 2013. An expert in food quality control, safety and health, he holds over 20 years of experience as a consultant for international agencies and firms, as well as food establishments in the region.
Prior to joining Agthia, Dr. Rabih was an Assistant Professor in Food Science at the American University of Beirut, where he authored and co-authored several papers on food safety and technology, published in peer-reviewed journals. His field experience includes working as a Center Manager at the Smallholder Livestock Rehabilitation Project – International Fund for Agricultural Development (UN), and as a food science expert for various international agencies such as WHO, ESCWA-UN, OXFAM, EU and Mercy Corps.
Dr. Rabih holds a PhD in Biotechnology and Food Processing from Polytechnique de Lorraine, France. He is a Fellow at the International College for Nutrition (Canada) and a long-standing member of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), USA.
