Vanderlei (Vandy) Santos became Chief Digital Officer at Agthia in 2023. He has over 20 years of experience in digital technology, information systems, and information technology, and is a visionary leader in digital transformation.
Prior to joining Agthia, he led Heineken’s digital and technology transformation, focusing on all technologies related to Customer and Consumer touchpoints and digital technologies (Marketing, Sales, Trade, Digital, B2B to B2C, IOT, AI). Previously, he led the global digital healthcare team in the Abbott Pharma Division, launching a global brand of beyond-the-pill / digital therapies and services called a:care and bringing innovative services to patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders involved in the health journey. In addition, he was the global leader of omni-channel solutions for Nespresso and Nestlé Group, responsible for a budget of more than 100 million Swiss francs and an organization of more than 400 resources (in/near/off-shore), leading the transformation of the digital tools while integrating the Nespresso IT team.
He has led global cross-functional teams in the implementation of successful global programs in the areas of Omni-Channel, eCommerce, Point of Sales, IOT (Internet of Things), CRM (Customer Relationship), Call Center, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Web, Mobility, Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence, Payment solutions, Supply Chain Management, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), Marketing and Sales productivity, Knowledge Management, and Digital collaboration tools for Employed Professionals.
